Opportunities to show our Social Justice Compassion this Month
EVERY TUESDAY, THERE IS A PROTEST IN FRONT OF THE JEFFERSON CITY POST OFFICE ACROSS FROM THE CAPITAL. THE PROTEST WILL LAST FROM 12 NOON UNTIL 12:45. THIS WILL BE HAPPENING INDEFINITELY.
***Our fellowship has been delivering meals to the Salvation Army for years. Beginning this month on February 27, we will be preparing and serving the meal. The time to arrive at the Salvation Army is approximately 4-4:30 pm. Dinner is served at 5 pm.
**** IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT I KNOW WHO IS GOING TO BE HELPING TO PREPARE AND SERVE THE MEAL WITH ME. PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, MAYBE BY THE END OF OUR SERVICE THIS NEXT SUNDAY. THAT WILL GIVE ME A WEEK TO PREPARE.
