A step away from existing toward living is being mindful of what you are doing and not doing. Pay attention, be mindful, stop sleepwalking though your eyes are open and everyone thinks you are awake is easier said than done. I am not enlightened, you know that, but I would like to share some tips I have learned along the way which help me participate in the life I am living.
