It's not too late to bring your pictures and mementos of loved ones for our annual Day of the Dead Altar. The Altar will be up from next Sunday, October 29th until November 5th when all items will be returned. There is a marked box at the back of the Sanctuary below the cafe bar where you may place pictures and mementos. Contact Bob Boldt with any questions.

Monday, October 23rd, Faith Voices for Jefferson City holds its monthly assembly at Quinn Chapel AME Church. See Katherine Connor.
This Thursday, October 26th, the local Transgender Support Group meets in our building at 7 pm. Contact [email protected].
This Friday, October 27th is our monthly Salvation Army meal. See Jim and Joanna Babb if you can hel prepare or serve food for those in need. Serving begins at 5 pm; please arrive early to help prepare.
Later this Friday evening at 6 pm, Citizens for Peace present their monthly peacebuilding documentary film at our building. For film selection and more information, contact Betty Cooper.
This Saturday, October 28th, the Hola Amigos Spanish Speakers group meets at our building from 1-4 pm. Contact Patt Behler.
Next Sunday, October 29th, a Soul Matters small group will be meeting here at the Fellowship in the afternoon. This meeting is currently full, but contact Alexis if you’d like to participate in future meetings in person or online.
Community Events this week:
This Tuesday, October 24th, Jefferson City Public Schools is holding a Community Diversity Discussion from 6 to 8 pm at the Boys & Girls Club (1105 Lafayette St.). Katherine Connor mentioned these discussions as a way to have an impact locally at our recent Anti White Supremacy Teach-In.
This Wednesday, October 25th, Missouri River Regional Library's Mini Law School for the Public continues at 7 pm in their Art Gallery. Contact Madeline Matson for registration and more information.
