We are currently updating our Members and Friends Directory. You can submit new information or any recent updates, and you can request a copy of the current directory to check that your information is correct.
Joan Kurtzeborn shares an update on our free community pantry. "The Pantry is being used a lot. When I stocked the pantry [one day], there was a lady waiting in the parking lot for me to finish so that she could use it. There are only two no no’s. 1. No glass containers. 2. No expired items. That being said, this is what we need: boxed milk, canned vegetables, soup, canned meals and fruit with pop top openers, treats for children, cooking oil, tea bags and coffee, canned meat such as tuna and chicken, stove top stuffing, crackers, dishwashing and laundry detergents, soap and shampoo, baby wipes and diapers. This is also a good time to donate seasonal items such as fall scented hand soap and dish towels, etc." For more information about the pantry and current needs, contact Joan: j[email protected]. Reimbursements are available; contact our treasurer, Bob Antweiler: [email protected].
On Thursdays at 5:30 pm, Katherine Connor hosts a weekly Zoom Happy Hour for UUFJC Members and Friends to gather and check in.
